Don't Forget About This Wednesday
Don't forget that this Wednesday is the Amazing Race Bermuda Dunes Style. Come to the church for a great race with your fellow racers. There will be prizes for the teams and you'll have a lot of fun as you race to be the first team to cross the finish line. Wednesday June 30, 6:45...don't be late!

Wednesday June 9 - Jacob Thomas Eagle Court of Honor
All Scouts in their full uniform Church at 7pm
Friday June 11 - Ward Campout at Big Bear
All Ward members will be meeting at the Big Bear Camp
Sunday June 13 - Youth Fireside Topic:Importance of Duty to God and personal Progress
Bishop Caress's house 7pm (Please have at least one parent attend)
Wednesday June 16 - Scouts
Brother Bruner will lead an activity for those not interested in scouts
Church 6:45 pm
Thurs June 17 - Youth Pioneer Trek goes until the 19th.
Wednesday June 23 - Scouts
Dave Thatcher will speak on becoming a Financial Planner - all others
Church 6:45pm
Friday June 25 - Baptisms for the Dead
Meet at the Stater Brothers parking lot by Sun City 5pm

accomplishing different physical, mental and scriptural
tasks. The first team back becomes the winners of

Scouts- Snow Campout at Ladder Canyon. Details will be provided on Wednesday March 24th.

My wife and I moved into the ward from Arizona only a few months ago with our three children, Reese, Cash, and Carter. We are excited to be here and look forward to working with the talented YM in our ward! Here's to an AWESOME New Year!!!

It's See's Candy Time!
Calling all Scouts. Calling all Chocolate lovers!, Calling all people that have to get their Aunt Tilly a gift! It's...SEE'S CANDY TIME!
That's right everyone, it's that time of year again. The boys can sign up with Sister Thomas to help staff the See's Candy store in Indio. Each hour that the boys work will earn them $10 towards Scout Camp. The store fired up this last weekend and will be open until Christmas Eve. Boys can sign up for Saturday hours and hours after school. Talk with Dave Thomas, or better yet call Kelly Thomas. Now go out there and buy, buy, buy!
Sacrament Bread for December
Congratulations to Alex VB, who is going to be our newest Teacher. Alex you will be in charge of the bread for the month of December. Teachers, remember to get there early (preferably around 10:45) to help set up the sacrament.
